Yoper 3.1 Beta Release Available

Hi,


We , the Yoper team are proud to announce the availability of Yoper
3.1 for public testing.

This release ships with Kernel 2.6.23, Xorg 7.3, KDE 3.5.9 as default
desktop and kde 4.0.3 available in the repositories as well. Further
default applications are Koffice 1.6.3, Firefox 2.0.0.14 and a vaste
range of other cutting-edge desktop packages. Of course there are
other desktop environments available such as fluxbox and xfce
available in our software repositories.

As you will notice there are further performance improvements
available to you out of the box. Also the work flow will benefit from
the inclusion of elements of the Ark Linux security concept
kapabilities ( http://wiki.arklinux.org/Ark_Security_System ) . Enjoy
the new look and feel and be invited to help us improving it.
