for someone with access to yoper bugtracker www

pls consider adding @ before each execution of function htmlspecialchars()
because i get fuuuuuuuull screen of

SYSTEM WARNING: htmlspecialchars(): charset `iso-8859-2' not supported,
assuming iso-8859-1

when u make
@htmlspecialchars() no warning will be displayed
